This is a vintage original Jazz Age horizontal format window card style poster issued to promote a performance by the African American musical group the Virginia Raven’s Orchestra at Ardison Brother’s Hall in Collinsville, Illinois.  The date of the performance is shown as Saturday Night, March 7, 1925.   Three separate photos are shown including one of the band with their musical instruments including horns, banjo and drums.  There is a ink tax hand stamp applied near the lower right hand corner and small union made emblem printed at the bottom center.  

This vintage original window card poster shows moderate wear, some damp staining and dust staining and moderate soiling.  A piece of about an inch detached off the lower right hand corner and has been reattached with a single piece of acid free archival tissue applied on the verso.  Overall condition is good.
