This United States Marine Corps recruiting poster was created by the artist Charles Buckles Falls during the WWI era. The Eagle, Globe and Anchor emblem is featured prominently with the Eagle representing the United States and the Globe and Anchor representing the worldwide scope and amphibious nature of the Marines. This original antique poster has been linen backed and shows a few scuffs and scratches in places and a few short tears and creases on the edges have been repaired. There is a small bit of abrasion to the linen mount on the lower edge not affecting the poster. Overall condition is very good.
