This vintage original WWI era poster was created by the artist Lloyd Myers for the Alert Frank & Co. advertising agency and printed by the Hamilton Press. The poster depicts an American soldier, farmer and businessman standing together above the title ENLIST PLOW BUY BONDS.
This poster is printed on heavy paper and isn’t dated but is one of the earlier American WWI posters and was probably issued in 1917. This poster has a short tear without paper loss of less than an inch on the top edge as well as modest toning and some light handling wear. Overall condition is very good for this antique WWI era original.
