Burdett, National Garden Bureau and shows  the printer as The Stecher-Traung Lithograph Corporation of Rochester, New York.   The USDA’s Victory Garden program began during WWI, relaunched for WWII and was a major success on the home front during both wars that saw millions of Americans growing and canning their own vegetables. This poster is vintage original issued during WWII.  The poster looks pretty well unused with no tape or pinholes and just slight evidence of handling.
