This is a vintage original dealer advertising poster for the Kawasaki KZ1000 K1-R motorcycle. This poster measures about 35” x 22.75” and has the company’s advertising slogan “Kawasaki – We Know Why You Ride” printed in the lower right hand corner. The K1-R model was only manufactured and sold during the 1978 to 1980 model years.  I believe this poster was issued in 1978 when the K1-R model was first introduced.

This poster is a vintage original issued by Kawasaki to their motorcycle dealers in the late 1970s. This poster has a single pinhole in each corner. There is a unaddressed partial tear or linear puncture of about 3.5 inches at the bottom center of the poster and the poster is otherwise in very good clean condition with just moderate handling wear.
