This is an original antique c.1920 trolly car sign advertising Blue Diamond Brand Hood River Apples from the Hood River Oregon Apple Growers Association. This sign is printed one side only on cardboard and was designed to be installed as overhead advertising in trolly car or street car. The artwork shows a lady giving her order to the local produce man with a great wooden crate of delicious looking Hood River Apples in the center of the image. This sign is not dated but is a vintage original issued around 1920. The address of the New York City office is printed in the lower right hand corner. There is a small notch off the margin near the upper right hand corner which does really affect the image. This vintage original trolley car sign is otherwise in great shape with light handling wear.
