This is an vintage original 1936 Alaska Steamship Company advertising map of the Territory of Alaska.  This folded map is printed one side only in full color and illustrates the routes of the Alaska Steamship Company within beautifully illustrated ornamental Totem Pole motif borders on the right and left margins.   The lower margin is printed with a 1936 copyright by the map’s maker Frank McCaffrey who owned Seattle’s Acme Press and produced a number of pictorial and otherwise interesting maps of the Pacific Northwest.  

This vintage original map is folded as issued and in very fine condition with no tape or pinholes.  The map shows small areas of separation at the intersection of fold line in a couple places and otherwise looks pretty well unused.  Overall condition is excellent.
