This vintage original poster promoting Egypt as a travel destination was created by the French artist Roger Bréval around 1930. For this poster Bréval renders a stylized image of the Karnak Temple Complex near Luxor. The lower left corner indicates this poster was printed in Cario by Misr-Sokkar Works and Bréval’s name is signed in print in the lower right corner of the image area.
This vintage original poster has been professionally conservation mounted to linen. A few short tears, small nicks and creasing on the edges were expertly repaired during the linen backing process. The original colors are retained and the poster displays beautifully. Interested buyers can contact us for photos of the poster prior to linen backing. Overall condition is very good.
