This is a vintage original 1957 cardboard countertop standee sign issued by the United States Treasury Department to promote the sale of United States Savings Bonds through workplace payroll savings programs. This is a poster sheet mounted to a cardboard standee with easel arm on the back as issued. The design features a patriotic view of the Statue of Liberty with raised arm holding United States Savings Bonds instead of her torch against a red, white and blue background with text that reads:

Share in America U.S. SAVINGS BONDS – join payroll savings

The lower margin has a United States Government Printing Office imprint and indicates a 1958 production date. This vintage original poster sign is unused and in near mint condition with just some light handing wear and slight toning showing on the cardboard backing. The easel arm was never extended and it doesn’t look like this was ever used.
