This vintage original window card style silkscreen poster was issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Forests & Waters in conjunction with the Area Two Works Progress Administration Museum Extension Project to help increase awareness of forest fire danger. This poster is printed one side only on cardboard and features a pastoral scene of autumn colors with a man fishing on a riverbank and two deer resting in the foreground. Text bracketing the image reads:
