This vintage original poster was issued in 1950 to promote an exhibition of works by Italian painter Giuseppe Bazzani.   This exhibition was held at the Casa Del Mantegna in Mantova, Italy from May to October, 1950.   This poster was issued by ENIT, the official Italian government tourism authority, and the provincial tourism authority in Mantova.  Giuseppe Bazzani was an Italian painter associated with the Rococo who lived from 1690 to 1769.  

This unrestored vintage original poster was issued folded and shows light handling wear and a slight lateral crease across the center.   The original owner applied a couple small pieces of tape to repair short tears on the back of the poster.  There were four pieces of tape total of which three dried up and fell off the poster with one piece remaining still attached.  The pieces that feel off the poster left tape stains which show slightly along the right edge on the front of the poster.   The poster still displays nicely and overall condition is very good.
