This inviting Mid-Century poster was issued by the Norwegian Travel Association and the Norwegian State Railways in 1954. A sporty Norwegian woman in sunglasses and ski garb looks upward with snowcapped peaks and a brilliant blue sky behind her suggesting to the viewer that Norway is a great destination for the winter sports enthusiast. The lower margin indicates “Printed In Norway 1954 – From A Colour Photo by Mittet – Offset by Grondahl & Son”.
This vintage original Norwegian travel poster was never hung and is in excellent condition with just some modest toning from age and light handling wear.
