This poster is one in a series created for the 1972 Munich Summer Olympics by influential German graphic designer and typographer Otl Aicher. This poster features the Olympiastadion or Olympic Stadium designed by Frei Otto. The pictograms created by Otl Aicher for the 1972 Munich Olympics have been hugely influential in the design of signage around the world over the last 50 years.

This poster is a vintage original from the 1972 Munich Olympics showing light handling wear. There is a small half inch piece of desiccated masking tape on the upper left hand corner on the back of the poster not affecting the front and a short tear of about a half inch on the edge near the lower left hand corner. Overall condition is very good.
