This vintage original and rare poster was issued by the Pennsylvania Railroad in late 1929.   This poster features a photo of American hero and aviation pioneer Charles Lindbergh and touts the coast-to-coast combination rail and airline Airway Limited service initiated by the Pennsylvania Railroad and the Transcontinental Air Transport Inc. or TAT Airline in 1929.  The poster also highlights the passenger train services introduced and operated by the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1929 including The Golden Arrow, Broadway Limited, The Pennsylvania Limited, The Fast Mail, The Airway Limited and others.  Closing text on the poster makes reference to the Pennsylvania Railroad’s 1930 calendar and this was probably issued in conjunction with that calendar.   

This vintage original poster is folded as issued and looks unused with no tape or pinholes and only light handling wear and modest toning from age.  Overall condition is excellent.  Email any questions.  Thanks for looking.
