This poster was issued by Pan Am to promote travel to Turkey in the early 1950s. A beautiful woman holds flowers above the tagline – Turkey, For All The Best. Sailboats glide through the Bosporus and minarets of the country’s impressive mosques mark a distant horizon. An ornate boarder pays homage to the splendid Turkish carpets sought the world over. This vintage original poster was never hung and is in excellent condition with just very minor handling wear.
