This vintage original poster was issued in by Japan Air Lines to advertise the airline's service to Shanghai, China. This poster is not dated but the service between Osaka and Shanghai began in late 1974 and this poster probably dates to the early 1980s. The Shanghai Friendship Store and Huangpu River are seen in the foreground of the image with the vast city extending to the horizon beyond.
This poster has no tape of pinholes and just light handling wear. The lower right hand corner is a slightly bumped. The poster is otherwise in very good clean condition with nice color and just modest evidence of handling.
