1939 Paul Muni in Juarez Studio Photo by Bert Six DW 10x13 Original

This is a vintage original gelatin silver glossy double-weight 10.25” x 13.5” photograph of acclaimed Hollywood actor Paul Muni by noted Hollywood photographer Bert Six.  This photo has Six’s handstamp on verso which along with a caption slip that reads:

The William Dieterle directed historical drama film Juarez was relased by Warner Brothers in 1939 so tthe date for this photo. Paul Muni was born in what is today Ukraine and emigrated to Chicago at a young age. Both of his parents were actors and got him involved with Chicago’s Yiddish theater at an early age.  Muni was highly regarded as an actor and received Oscar nominations for five of his 22 film rolls.   

This vintage original large format double-weight Bert Six photograph is in very good condition overall with just light handling wear.   Overall condition is very good.  This photo comes with a protective archival holder and will ship fully insured and very well packed.
