This poster was produced by the publicity department of the Westinghouse Corporation shortly after the end of WWII to highlight the company’s roll in developing radar for large ships. This poster describes the radar scope system that allowed ships to see their surroundings from 100 yards to 32 miles out.
The lower margin is printed “News Poster 137 – Post February 1, 1947”.
This poster is a vintage original showing moderate handling wear including a couple lateral creases and a small bit of loss on the upper corners. The poster also shows a bit of foxing toward the bottom. Overall condition is good.
