This is a full set of eight lobby cards for the 1948 first American release of the Warner Brothers musical romantic comedy ROMANCE ON THE HIGH SEAS.
This film starred jack Carson, Doris Day, Janis Paige, Don DeFore, Oscar Levant, S. Z. Sakall, Fortunio Bonanova, Leslie Brooks, and the Samba Kings and was directed by Michael Curtiz. This was Doris Day’s film debut.
These vintage original lobby cards show moderate handling wear and some toning from age. Most of the lobby cards in this group have a couple pinholes in the margins. The title lobby card has a bit of dust staining and a small nick on the top edge. Overall condition is otherwise very good for these vintage originals.
