This is an original poster from the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair also known as the Century 21 Exposition. This poster was issued to promote the Masterpieces of Art exhibition in the Fine Arts Pavilion and features an image of Renoir’s Head of a Neapolitan Girl which was loaned to the Seattle World’s Fair by the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.

The left margin indicates “Printed in The Netherlands at steendrukkerij de jong & co., Hilversum 1962”. This poster is a vintage original from the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair and was never hung and has no tape of pinholes. The poster shows light handling wear including a bit of creasing on the upper right hand corner. Overall condition is very good.
