This vintage original promotional poster for the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Fallingwater house was issued by the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy in 1973. This poster features a photo of this truly remarkable home taken by Harold Corsini and the lower left hand corner is printed with a 1973 copyright by the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy.

Fallingwater, in the Laurel Highlands of southwest Pennsylvania 70 miles southeast of Pittsburgh, was designed by Wright in 1935 with construction completed in 1939. The American Institute of Architects named Fallingwater the “best all-time work of American architecture” in 2007 and the Smithsonian institute named their list of 28 Places to See Before You Die. In 1976 Fallingwater was designated a National Historic Landmark. The Western Pennsylvania Conservancy has been entrusted with the care, maintenance and management of Fallingwater since the 1960s.

This beautiful poster is a vintage original issued by the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy in 1973. This poster looks unused with no tape or pinholes and only light handling wear including bumping to lower right hand corner. Overall condition is excellent.
