This vintage original poster was issued to promote a 1973 exhibit of American Eskimo and Indian Art at the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC. The exhibit, titled The Far North – 2000 Years Of American Eskimo And Indian Art, ran at the National Gallery of Art from March 7 to May 15, 1973. This poster is dominated by the image of large wooden mask which was one of the objects on display at the exbibit.

This vintage original poster is printed on heavy coated paper and shows moderate handling including some bumping to the lower right hand corner and to the edges in places. The poster has some scuffs and small spots in places and single pinhole at the top center and a single piece of cello tape on each corner. The poster still displays well and overall condition is good for this vintage original.
