This delightful Mid-Century travel poster was created by French artist Guy Georget for the Spanish State Tourist Department. Spanish nuns in black habits pass through the long shadows of an open air corridor framed by classic white stucco Spanish buildings. This poster isn’t dated but the lower margin is printed “519” which may indicate 1951. Also printed in the lower margin is “Imp. Fourier - Vitoria”. This is an unrestored vintage original poster in very good condition. The poster shows some light bumping along the edges in a few places and there is a small patch of foxing in the margin near the lower right hand corner. Overall condition is very good.
