This antique original WWI era poster was issued in support of the Second Liberty Loan which was enacted October 1917. This poster features large patriotic image of the cracked Liberty Bell under the title Ring It Again. The Second Liberty Loan authorized the US Government to issue $3.8B in government bonds at an interest rate of 4% to help fund the war effort. The lower margin indicates the maker of the poster as Ketterlinus of Philadelphia.
This antique original poster shows moderate handling wear a couple short tears, slight creasing on the corners and the edges light bumped in places and a single pinhole on each corner. The former owner applied a few small pieces of acid free tape on the verso to repair a few short tears on the edges. This poster retains bold colors and displays very well. Overall condition is very good.
