This vintage original WWII poster is one in a series issued by Abbott Laboratories in conjunction with the United States Treasury Schools-At-War Program. This poster features the image of a wounded soldier with bandages on his hands and over his eyes. A woman next to him sits at a table and writes a letter home from the soldier’s dictation under the title Carry On!. The back of the poster has a small text box with information on the Russian born American artist Joseph Raskin.
This vintage original poster is in very good condition with no tape or pinholes and only light handling wear and slight toning from age. It doesn’t appear this poster was ever hung up or used.
