This WWII poster by the artist James Montgomery Flagg was issued as OWI Poster No. 25 in 1943. Flagg reprises the same Uncle Sam image he used to create his iconic “I Want You For U.S. Army” poster issued during WWI. This time Uncle Sam declares “I need your skill in a War Job!” in a patriotic appeal to workers in trades most urgently needed to support the war effort.  This is full size one sheet version of this poster.   

This vintage original poster has a few pin holes near the top and bottom edges, slight toning from age and light handling wear. A couple light traces of staining are visible in the lower margin Overall condition is very good. This poster was issued folded and ships folded.
