Most of the emphasis is placed on training and getting workers into vocational schools and other places where they can gain the skills needed for the new wartime jobs.
This vintage original poster was issued folded and has a couple small nicks and short tears on the edges along with moderate handling wear. The poster has a small VFW ink handstamp near the right edge. The poster displays nicely and is in very good condition overall.
