This is an original WWII era poster issued by the Think American Institute with artwork by C.R. Miller showing a large harry hand with the Nazi swastika and the word “Dictatorship” on the cuff handing of moldy bread to a pair of boney hands in shackles with text that reads:
SECURITY – European Plan – but the best kind of security is still the kind we make for ourselves by plain hard work.
This poster has a 1943 copyright by Kelly Read & Co. of Rochester, New York and the lower margin indicates this is Poster No. 205 from the Think American Institute. The lower margin has ink stamp and indicates the artist name C.R. Miller. This poster has a few small nicks and splits on the edges, moderate wear including a bit of rubbing or scuffing in spots and modest toning from age. Overall condition is very good.
