This vintage original WWII poster was issued by the Office of War Information in 1943 as OWI Poster No. 74. This poster carries a deadly serious message from J. Edgar Hoover, Director of the F.B.I., warning that spies, saboteurs and enemy agents could be anywhere. Patriotic citizens are asked to be watchful and report anything that seems suspicious directly the F.B.I. Hoover’s signature appears in print at the bottom of the poster.
This poster is a vintage original issued during WWII. The poster is folded as issued, is free of tape or pinholes and looks pretty well unused with just light handling and modest toning from age. Overall condition is excellent.
