This vintage original WWII era poster was issued by The Commercial Travelers Mutual Accident Association insurance company to promote workplace safety on the Home Front. A large monster made of various items that pose potential accident risks such as a car for a head and stairs for arms stalks a man above the tagline – You Are Always In The Shadow Of The Accident Saboteur. The artist’s name Earle B. Winslow is signed in print in the upper left hand corner. The right side is printed with a 1943 copyright by The Commercial Travelers Mutual Accident Association so thus the date.

This vintage original poster shows some toning from age and moderate handling wear including slight creasing in places and lightly bumped edges as well as some toning from age. Overall condition is very good.
