This vintage original WWII poster is one in series created by the Walt Disney Studios in 1943 for the Nutrition in Industry Committee of the Los Angeles County War Council. This poster features beloved Disney characters Donald Duck and Horace Horsecollar to remind factory workers and others laboring in support of the war effort of the importance of eating a nutritious breakfast. Horace Horsecollar is shown blasting Donald with a jackhammer under the poster’s title you can’t breakfasts like a bird and work like a horse! A 1943 copyright by Walt Disney Studios is printed on the poster.

This vintage original poster has no tape or pinholes and was probably never used or hung up. The poster was folded slightly off center and shows modest toning from age. Overall condition is very good. Please see our other listings for more WWII Disney posters from this series.
