The poster’s message is simple and direct – Nurses Are Needed Now! For Service In the Army Nurse Corps. The artist’s name appears signed in the lower left hand corner of the artwork. Numerous posters were issued to recruit nurses during WWII and this is one of the hardest to find.
This vintage original poster is folded as issued and doesn’t appear to have been hung up or used. The poster shows only modest toning from age and light handling wear. Overall condition is very good.
