This is a vintage original cardboard window card style recruiting sign or poster issued by the U.S. Navy. This poster features a Mid-Century Modern design of a large guided missile being fired from a US Navy ship with text that reads JOIN in the new era atomic electronic supersonic NAVY.

This poster has a 1956 date printed on the bottom edge along with “NavPers 35131”. This poster is not signed but came with other similar posters using almost identical graphics which were signed “Binder” so we are confident this one is also done by noted graphic designer Joseph Binder.

This is a vintage original unrestored cardboard window card style poster. This poster shows light handling wear and slight toning on the edges. It appears the poster had an easel arm on the back when originally issued which has since been removed without impacting the artwork on the front side. The colors are strong and overall condition is very good.
