Size (in): 21.75” x 15”
Size (cm): 55.25 x 38
Condition: B+
Linen backed: No
This vintage original WWII poster was issued to remind factory workers of the importance of high quality mistake-free work in support of the war effort. This is a good example of the unflattering cartoonish caricatures of the Japanese which were used on many posters during the Second World War. The bottom of the poster is printed with the “Work to Win” slogan which was used on posters mostly dated 1943 and 1944. We don’t find any other examples of this poster but it is almost certainly one issued by private industry to motivate defense plant workers.
This vintage original poser has light handling wear and a couple small staple holes along the top edge. The poster is folded and will ship that way. Overall condition is very good.
