This powerful poster was created for the American Relief For Czechoslovakia organization which was part of the National War Fund shortly after the end of WWII by an unknown artist. Gaunt faces of elderly refugee couple underscore the poster’s title LIBERATED – but not free from want. This unrestored poster has some dust staining and toning to the paper from age and two small holes for hanging the poster were punched neatly in the upper margin. This vintage original poster is in very good condition and displays very nicely.
