This vintage original WWII poster was issued by the Office of War Information as OWI Poster No. 62 in 1943. An American GI charges forward under the headline quoting Revolutionary War naval hero John Paul Jones, We have just begun to fight! The major battles of the war, up until the time this poster was issued in 1943, are printed along the right edge including Bataan, Midway, Guadalcanal, Tunisia and others.
This is the full one sheet size of this poster in excellent condition. This poster shows only light handling wear including a short tear of less than an inch on the left edge without paper loss and modest toning from age. Overall condition is very good.
