This vintage original workplace safety poster was issued by Clemprint, Inc. of Philadelphia and has a 1964 copyright printed in the upper left corner.   This poster features four playing cards each printed with different workplace hazards such as Faulty Power Tools, Slippery Floors and Dangerous Chemicals bracketed by text that reads YOU BET YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU GAMBLE ON SAFETY HAZARDS – REPORT SAFETY HAZARDS PROMPTLY!   These safety posters were intended to be posted and replaced weekly and this one was issued for the week of September 28, 1964.
