The sailor walks up the ramp to his ship as US Navy airplanes fill the sky above him with text below that reads Fight Let's Go! Join the NAVY. The artist signs his name in the image as McClelland Barclay USNR and the date 12-27-41 is printed in the lower margin.
This vintage original WWII poster has been professionally linen backed with minor expert touch up to a couple short tears on the edges. Two crease lines at the bottom of the poster have been skillfully mitigated. The colors remain strong, the poster displays beautifully and overall condition is very good.
