This vintage original poster was created by the English artist John Kashdan and issued by London Transport in 1962 to promote the sale of Green Rover tickets.   Green Rover tickets were popular day tickets that allowed Londoners to use the city’s buses to visit nearby countryside areas and attractions.  Kashdan’s name is signed in print in the lower right corner of the image area and the familiar London Transport roundel logo appears in the lower right corner of the poster.  The lower left corner of the poster has a document code indicating a September 1962 publication date and the lower right corner indicates this poster was printed by Waterlow & Sons Ltd. of London and Dunstable.  

This vintage original poster is free or tape or pinholes and shows moderate handling wear including some light bumping the edges and faint creasing.  Overall condition is very good.
