This vintage original c.1927 safety poster issued by the National Safety Council.   The lower margin is printed with the National Safety Council logo and indicates this poster is No. 1499.

This poster features a photomontage image of a man smiling broadly and holding a pair of the safety googles with one shattered lens under text that reads:

The Smile that says: Safety Pays

This vintage original poster isn’t dated but came with others dated to the mid to late 1920s and looks to be from that same c.1927 time period.  This poster is folded as issued and looks unused with no tape or pinholes and only light handling wear and modest toning from age.  Overall condition is very good.
