This vintage original poster promoting Hawaii as a travel destination was issued by United Airlines in the late 1960s. This poster features an inviting image of an Hawaiian woman standing amidst lush tropical fauna under text that reads Hawaii now – Fly United Air Lines Jets. The single yellow flower or sei, as they are sometimes called in Polynesian cultures, is placed behind her left ear indicating she’s married while the right ear indicates single. This poster isn’t dated but is a vintage original issued in the late 1960s.
This vintage original poster has no tape or pinholes and looks pretty well unused with just light handling wear including some light bumping along the right edge. The original colors are strongly retained and the poster displays beautifully. Overall condition is very good for this vintage original.
