This vintage original poster advertising the Las Vegas as a travel destination is one in series created by the artist Jack Laycock for Delta Air Lines in the 1970s. For this poster Laycock renders a colorful image in his distinct contemporary style of a vibrant Las Vegas casino scene complete with a performer on stage and a roulette wheel in the foreground. Laycock’s name is signed in print in the lower right corner of the image area.
This vintage original poster has been professionally conservation mounted to a linen backing. A few short tears and small abrasions on the edges and short tear t to the upper left corner were expertly repaired during the linen backing process. The colors retain their original vibrancy and overall condition is very good.
