This TWA poster was produced in the early 1960s with artwork by David Klein who did many wonderful posters for the airline in the 1950s and 1960s. For this poster Klein features a colorful stylized image of one of Rome’s iconic Swiss Guards that guard the Pope and the Apostolic Palace. Text on the poster reads ROME - FLY TWA JETS with Klein’s name signed in print on the lower left corner of the image.
This vintage original poster is free of tape and pinholes and retains vibrant color. The poster shows light handling wear. Overall condition is very good.
