This powerful and dramatic poster by the artist Frederick Siebel was issued in 1942 shortly after the United States entered WWII. The stark image features a sailor struggling to keep his head above water pointing directly at the viewer with the simple admonition “Someone Talked”. Simple and effective, the poster reminds that loose lips sink ships.

This poster is a vintage original issued during WWII. The poster has a pin hole on each corner and light handling wear. There is a small one inch square piece of white library tape on the upper right hand and upper left hand corners on the back of the poster not affect the front of the poster. Overall condition is very good for this vintage original. This poster ships folded.
