This vintage original Polish travel poster was created by the artist Stefan Norblin and issued by the Nakyadem Ministerstwa Komunikacji (Polish State Ministry of Communications).  For this poster Norblin renders a colorful image of a procession of religious pilgrims at Lowicz, a town in Central Poland and site of an impressive Gothic Cathedral that dates to the Middle Ages.   This poster was printed in Poland and the lower right corner indicates the printer as K. Kozianskich, Warszawa.  Norblin’s name is signed in print at the bottom of the image area.  

This poster has been professionally conservation mounted to linen with minimal expert touchup.  The colors retain their original vibrancy and overall condition is very good.  A photo of this poster prior to linen backing is available on request.
