Easy Returns & Exchanges
All posters purchased from us come with a 30-day return privilege unless stated otherwise. Buyers wishing to return a poster for any reason must notify us within ten days of receipt of the poster at which time we will provide a return authorization number. Our Return Authorization Number must accompany any poster returned. No returns will be accepted without our Return Authorization Number. Any poster being returned must be sent at the buyer’s expense and insured by the buyer for the full purchase price. Any poster being returned must be received back by us in the same condition sent. We accept returns for any reason within the ten-day return privilege provided but the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping and bears responsibility for the merchandise until it is received back by us.
Ordering
Posters can be purchased online using the website shopping cart or you can call us to order at 1-888-721-8009 or 1-402-305-0325. We accept PayPal and Bank Wire Transfer or you may mail payment if you prefer. Nebraska residents will be charged state sales tax unless valid exemption forms are provided by the buyer. We do our best to keep our website information as up to date as possible but all posters are subject to prior sale and all prices are subject to change without notice. It is best to contact us to confirm pricing and availability.
Shipping Information
Upon receipt of payment, most posters are shipped within one business day by UPS, FedEx, USPS Priority or Express Mail. Buyers will receive an email notification with tracking information when their purchases are shipped. All posters are shipped F.O.B. Lincoln, Nebraska in heavy tubes and professionally packaged to ensure they are not damaged in transit. All posters are shipped with signature confirmation and insured for the full purchase price. All shipments sent out of the United States will include the necessary customs paperwork as required by law describing items in the shipment, the county of origin and the actual price(s) paid by the buyer. Buyers outside the United States may be required to pay duties, taxes and/or brokerage or customs clearance fees which are the responsibility of the buyer and not included in our shipping charges. If you have any special shipping instructions please notify us in advance before remitting payment.
Some folded posters may be shipped folded and in not in tubes. This is generally the case for posters that were issued folded and are still in their original folded state. Rigid items will be shipped flat and not in tubes.
Domestic Shipping to United States addresses is made by UPS Ground or USPS service. Expedited shipping services are available at additional cost. Shipping to addresses outside the United States will be quoted based on buyer’s address and type of service requested.
