This rare WWII poster was issued by General Motors to encourage the company’s employees to purchase war bonds. This poster features the “GM Save Serve” wartime logo and the image of dead American soldiers under the title “Men Are Still Dying We Must Keep Buying – Buy and hold War Bonds”
This rare poster was probably only issued for internal use in GM factories, offices and dealerships which accounts for its rarity. A Worldcat search locates no copies and we trace none at auction.
This vintage original poster has one or two pinholes on each of the upper corners, light handling wear and modest toning from age. Overall condition is very good.
