This vintage original WWII poster was created by the artist R. Moore and issued by the United States Treasury to promote the sale of war bonds in 1944. This poster features a hellish war scene of an American invasion force hitting the beaches reminiscent of Normandy on D-Day.
This vintage original poster is folded as issued and in very good condition with no tape or pinholes and only light handling wear and some toning from age mostly to the back of the poster. This poster is slightly bumped on the edges and has a quarter inch tear on the lower margin not affecting the artwork but doesn’t appear to have ever been hung up or used. Overall condition is very good.
