This vintage original pictorial map poster of Ireland was issued in the mid to late 1950s by the Irish Tourist Board or Bord Failte Eireann as it is called in the Gaelic language.    The island nation of Ireland is elaborately festooned with colorful icons and caricatures illustrating various points of historical, recreational and cultural interest throughout the Emerald Island.   The lower margin indicates “Printed in the Republic of Ireland by Browne & Nolan Limited, Dublin”.  

This vintage original poster was probably never hung up and has no tape or pinholes.  The poster shows light handling wear including slight creases to the upper corners and small nick without paper loss on the right edge.  Overall condition is very good.
