This is a vintage original and rare Iraqi political poster from the Iran-Iraq War and early Saddam Hussein era. We don’t have much of information about this poster but it was obtained by an American working in Iraq during the early 1980s Iran-Iraq War period. The poster depicts a stylized image of Iraqi military personnel with Arabic language text at the top and smaller amounts of Arabic text on the left edge and lower right and left corners.  We understand the text at the top of the poster translates roughly to "The Iraqi Army is the hope of the Arab world".  

This vintage original poster has a short tear and a small bit of paper loss on the right edge near the upper corner and moderate handling wear including slight bumped edges and slight creasing in the image area. Overall condition is very good for this vintage original.
